• How do I sign up for an account?
  Fill out the Math Facts Survey and we will create an account as soon as possible.
• Why should I sign up for a beta account?
  The free beta account allows you to help us shape the system to better fit your needs. Though we cannot guarantee we will add the feature you are looking for we will try our hardest as time and money permit.
  
  The beta classroom account allows you to combine all of your student information into one easy menu so that you can see how they are doing. It also locks you into the beta tester pricing. We offer this special pricing as a thankyou for the time and energy you put into helping us make a better program. By generating revenue it will also help us to become a viable system that continues for many years to come. Think of it as an investment into an effective teaching tool.
• What happens to the accounts after the end of the school year?
  On July 30 all student accounts that are not paid through the following year are disabled. The student is information retained for statistical purposes.
• What is an expired student account?
  An expired student account is a student account that is associated with an unpaid teacher account or an account above and beyond the teachers account limit.
• I would like to use this service again next year what do I need to do?
  If you have some of the same students in class you can either leave their information or you can clear it out. Any old students that you no longer have you may clear out and reassign to your new students. So unless you go over your limit of students you do not need to purchase more accounts.
• Do I need an email address?
  Yes and no. Teachers are required to supply an email address so that we can communicate with you. Student email addresses are optional.
• When do you expect to come out of beta testing?
  At this point we hope to finish up the beta testing during summer of 2011.
